ABOUT US

Prince Bay Seawalls & Docks was founded by Mario Moeinifar in 2020 out of frustration from the lack of quality in South Florida.


Mario has been designing and building ultra luxury homes since 2001, but he gave away his seawall work for his projects to a few different seawall companies. After realizing they simple do not have the attention to detail and quality workmanship that he expects with homes, he decided to start his own company.


Although seawalls are a rough trade and most of the components are hidden either in the water or not visible to the eye, Mario still puts out the same quality as if he is doing the inside of one his multi million dollar homes.

Part of what makes us different is that we use only the highest quality materials which in the long run makes a huge difference because it ensures that the structure will last and continue to serve you decades with minimal maintenance and repair work needed. 

Experience And Passion

At Prince Bay, we bring many years of experience in the construction industry and a passion for building the best concrete docks and seawalls in the state. After years of frustration with companies that were not at the level of quality and professionalism that our founder expected, Prince Bay came to be. Our founder, a contractor in the high-end luxury space, would subcontract other companies to build these platforms when the need would arise, but even with using the best in the business, the quality was not up to par for Prince Bay, let alone their clients. That’s why we believe in the saying, “If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.”
